Shipping, Returns, and Cancelations
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive
- An email confirmation and a tracking number when it becomes available. Please allow 24-48 hours after yours item has shipped for the tracking information to show up.
- If item is out of stock we will cancel the order and void your payment method pre-authorization and contact you by the contact information provided with the order was placed.
Your item will ship and arrive in the allotted time frame, if there are any delays you will be notified by the contact information provided with the order was placed.
If you don’t receive your tracking details within 3 business days of your order shipping:

- If your ordered product(s) arrive damaged, please send us photos & videos. to Returns@BrilliantDesignsin3D.com Please allow 24-48 hours after we have received the damaged item for processing the information. We will reach back out to you of our findings and process an insurance claim if the fault is ours.
Canceled Orders & Refunds
All orders that have been cancelled after 24 hours Can be canceled up until the point we cannot reach the shipper and cancel the order. If the order has shipped the customer:
- Will be responsible for All return postage.
- 20% restocking fee deducted from returned item(s).
- The returned funds will only be processed through your original payment method.
